Grinding mechanism

The mechanism inside these grinders, as always, is provided by our long-term partner CrushGrind®.

It always grinds Kampot pepper or Kampot salt flawlessly and evenly in several degrees of coarseness. Thanks to our modern grinder, you can grind the pepper to retain its exceptional flavor while perfectly seasoning your dishes. You just need to set on each grinder whether you want to add more spiciness to the dishes by grinding the pepper finely, or perhaps crush the peppercorns more coarsely, thus lending the dish more of its exotic flavors and aromas.
Like all grinders from CrushGrind®
there is a 25-year warranty on the grinding mechanism.

Maintenance

It is absolutely simple.

Turn the grinder upside down. The reservoir opens at the bottom of the grinder, fill it up to 3/4 with pepper, and the black rubber seal prevents pepper from spilling onto the kitchen counter or table. The grinding levels are set at the top of the grinder by turning the knob. Use only on dried Kampot pepper and salt, not on fresh!
