Composition

Green freeze-dried pepper delivers the freshest possible flavor of green peppercorns.


Expect a peppery taste packed with sharpness in a highly intense and rich form. The flavor of freeze-dried green Kampot pepper combines fresh notes of freshly cut grass, green tea, and citrus, rounded off with a subtle hint of sea salt.

Dark red Kampot pepper unleashes an explosion of fruity tones in the mouth, accompanied by a gentler spiciness.
The deep red peppercorns first release aromatic tones of blood orange, cranberry, and elderberry, underlaid with cedar and lemon balm, with a soft whisper of tobacco leaf. After a moment, the heart of the dark red pepper reveals itself — reminiscent of yeast dough, allspice, and roasted malt. It’s a very dense aroma that gradually transitions into Assam black tea, with a return of cedar notes in the finish.

Roasted cashew nuts 85%, blossom honey with edible chestnut and thyme 9%, Himalayan salt 2.5%, dark red Kampot pepper 1.5%, freeze-dried green Kampot pepper with salt 1%, dried lemon peel 1%.

We complemented the taste of premium oven-roasted cashews with a sweet caress of rich chestnut honey and for a real kick, we threw in two of our winning Kampot peppers.

Spicy green freeze-dried Kampot pepper, which won the world's highest gastronomic award, GOLDEN FORK, adds a real zing to the mixture, while Cambodia's treasure in the form of sweet, dark red Kampot pepper adds exotic fruity notes.

There are so many ways to enjoy this blend.
