What? You throw away the stems?

That’s how our conversation with the farmers started. When Kampot pepper is dried and the peppercorns are collected, the stems are left behind with no use. Yet they contain the same health and flavor benefits as Kampot pepper. So we decided to process them into a herbal blend, which — combined with turmeric and lemongrass — creates a delicate taste experience that pleases both the palate and the body.

Composition

Kampot pepper grows on vines, and each stem carries dozens of peppercorns.

After being hand-harvested, the stems are separated, dried, and used on their own — they are aromatic, milder than the pepper itself, and perfect for teas or broths.

Ingredients: Herbal tea blend with Kampot pepper stems - 60g. Kampot pepper stems (34%), turmeric (33%), lemongrass (33%).

Characteristics

Just the natural stems of Kampot pepper, amazing Cambodian turmeric and lemongrass from Cambodian fields.

Everything is dried in a solar dryer by our smallest farmers and lovingly and manually prepared into a perfect herbal blend. In short, a well-known tea our smallest farmers sip during hot days and cold evenings because they believe in its miraculous health benefits.
And it tastes great too, because all ingredients are grown on our organic farms.

Usage

A tea that warms both body and soul

Whether it's morning or evening, our tea made from Kampot pepper stems is a perfect companion. Just pour hot water over it, let it steep, and enjoy the taste of Cambodian nature.

Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon (2 g) of the blend and let it steep for 5–10 minutes.

Packaging

We pack our herbal blend into resealable pouches with a capacity of 60 grams.

Thanks to the materials used and the special pouch sealing technology, no air or moisture gets into the blend. This preserves the authentic flavor and aroma of Kampot pepper even after opening. Once empty, the pouches can also be upcycled as part of a sustainable approach and reused in many different ways.

Store in an undamaged container, in clean and dry storage areas for food, at temperatures between +5 and +25 °C, and a relative humidity of max. 70%.
