The Steiner & Kovarik chocolate factory was founded by Silvie Steinerová, who later fell in love with Petr Kovařík as well as chocolate. Now, they produce the finest chocolate together in their chocolate factory, are the official suppliers to the Sultan of Oman, and have received several international awards for their products.

Composition

Ingredients: cocoa butter, coconut sugar, dried milk, almonds, lyophilized Kampot pepper (min 3%). Cocoa content at least 35%.

Green lyophilized pepper delivers a maximum fresh taste of green peppercorns. In this case, expect a peppery flavor full of spiciness in a very intense and rich form. The taste of green lyophilized pepper combines fresh notes of freshly-cut grass, green tea, and citrus with a subtle hint of sea salt.
