The South Moravian chocolate factory of the Herůfek couple is as sweet as its chocolate products, handmade from the best organic cocoa beans purchased directly from farmer families at fair trade prices.

Composition

The different types of Kampot pepper differ in their taste and aroma.

The rare red Kampot pepper is an explosion of fruity notes with a softer pungency. At first, the notes of rose and rosehip dominate, which then turn into dried cherries. After two to three minutes, the more characteristic aromas of Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines and the earthier crust of sourdough bread.

Green freeze-dried Kampot pepper brings the freshest taste of green peppercorns. Again, expect a peppery taste full of pungency in a very intense and rich form. The taste of green freeze-dried pepper combines fresh notes of freshly cut grass, green tea and citrus with a delicate hint of sea salt.

Dark chocolate

Organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic Kampot pepper 2%, cocoa solids content minimum 70%.

Milk chocolate

Organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic milk powder, organic cocoa butter, organic Kampot pepper 2%, cocoa solids content minimum 54%.

White chocolate

Organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic milk powder, organic cocoa butter, organic Kampot pepper 2%, cocoa solids content minimum 40%.

Strawberry chocolate

Organic cocoa butter, organic cane sugar, organic milk powder, organic strawberries (8%), freeze-dried Kampot pepper (1%). Minimum cocoa solids content: 44%.

All types of nuts, peanuts and milk are processed in the production. Store in a dry and cool place.
