Chef's acacia MAXI grinder with stainless steel head 40 cm

Inside each pepper ball there is a whole universe of diverse flavors and aromas, all you have to do is release them by crushing them. If you really think big, you can use this maxi grinder. We originally intended it only for our chefs, but due to numerous requests, you can now get it too.

This grinder is intended for all those who are not satisfied with less. Up to 50g of pepper can fit into the body of the almost half-meter-long grinder, so it is ideal not only for preparing meals at home, but also for large-capacity kitchen pleasures. The grinder grinds everything in its path, and at the same time its control and filling are so simple. In addition, it goes perfectly with outdoor grills!

Thanks to the used German grinding mechanism and materials, it offers uncompromising durability. Add to that a great design combining a massive stainless steel head, acacia wood and a height of 40 cm, and you have a grinder that will be absolutely unmissable in your kitchen or at the grill.

For the production of this grinder, we used acacia wood with a perfect pattern, which will become an ornament of any kitchen counter or dining table. For this reason, we left the wood in its natural color and only treated it with a protective varnish. We have combined wood with stainless steel, thanks to which the extreme durability of the grinder is guaranteed, which if handled correctly will last you forever. Each grinder has a different wood pattern and each one is unique!

Inside the grinder there is a CeraCut® ceramic grinding mechanism. This is a technology developed in Germany that guarantees that pepper and salt are always ground to absolute perfection. The coarseness of grinding can be adjusted for each grinder, while the machine can grind peppercorns or salt crystals up to 5 millimeters in size.

By setting the coarseness of the pepper grind, you influence its flavor profile. The smaller the fragments, the sharper the flavor of the pepper. On the contrary, larger fragments give the dish more of the specific exotic notes of Kampot pepper.

When filling the grinder, never use your bare hands, but pour loose balls into the chamber straight from the package, and use a spoon or funnel to help. The grinder head opens with a strong upward pull. At the same time, don't forget to clean your grinder regularly. However, never use water or chemical products for this. All you need is a cloth, a brush and a drop of olive oil. Always keep the grinder away from the sink and be careful with its operator, also over steam.
