We decided to prove it and prepared a unique set of wooden mills equipped with a no-compromise ceramic grinding mechanism.

The 17 cm tall mill was designed to be a centerpiece of every kitchen, perfectly fitting in your hand and bringing joy when grinding.
You can combine the mill with other types of Scandinavian mills to always have each type of Kampot pepper freshly ground at hand.

Grinding mechanism

At the heart of the grinder is the ceramic CrushGrind® grinding mechanism.

This mechanism can grind peppercorns or salt evenly across 14 levels of coarseness. The entire patented mechanism is covered by a 25-year warranty, giving you peace of mind that this grinder is built to last.

Maintenance

By adjusting the grind size of the pepper, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the pepper’s taste will be. On the other hand, larger fragments will transfer more of the exotic and specific notes of Kampot pepper into your dish.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands– pour the peppercorns directly into the chamber from the packaging using a spoon or funnel. Also, don’t forget to clean your grinder regularly. Never use water or chemical products.A cloth, a small brush and a drop of olive oil are all you need. Always keep the grinder away from the sink and be careful when using it over steam.

Materials

This Scandinavian grinder is made from dark brown walnut wood with a stunning and always completely original grain pattern.

Thanks to this, it is an almost indestructible tool that will let you grind for life. The surface treatment of the material enhances not only the always original wood grain, but also ensures easy maintenance.
The grinder’s head is made from the same material, making grinding smooth and perfectly precise. It fits the hand beautifully, doesn’t slip, and can withstand endless twisting.
