The set includes our dual mill and two basic varieties of Kampot pepper.
The mill combines quality materials, practicality, and a well-executed design. Its standout feature is its construction, which contains two chambers and two grinding mechanisms. It can thus be filled with two varieties of Kampot pepper or pepper and salt from Kampot, making it a very practical tool for cooking or seasoning dishes directly at the table.
The mill body is 23 centimeters high and fits perfectly in the hand. For maximum practicality, each end is equipped with a special cap to ensure the freshness of the pepper and prevent impurities from getting in.
This set also includes two 50g packs of individual Kampot pepper varieties of your choice. You can choose between black, red, and white. They differ in both taste and aroma, which is rarely found in pepper bought in regular supermarkets.
The black pepper, when ground, releases tones of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme, accompanied by the scent of lime peel. These gradually transition into a coastal aroma with developing fruity tones. Dominant is the aroma of peach and nectarine, accompanied by the scent of pine and earthy tones of Cambodian mountain soil full of minerals.
The rare red pepper is an explosion of fruity notes with milder heat. Initially, tones of rose and rose hip dominate, followed by dried cherries. After two to three minutes, the more characteristic aromas of Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried mandarins, and the earthier crust of sourdough bread.
White pepper is a gentle yet still peppery caress for the taste buds. After grinding, it releases aromas of camphor, sage, and cedarwood, accompanied by a subtle scent of nutmeg flowers, grapefruits, and other citrus fruits. After a few minutes in the mouth, you can sense tones of nutmeg, thyme flowers, and lemon balm, underpinned by the aroma of cedarwood and black tea.
