Beneath the hard surface of each ball of Kampot pepper, a lot of flavors and aromas are hidden. However, you need to free them, i.e. crush the ball. The best way to do this is with a grinder, which makes grinding the pepper simple, quick and allows you to control the entire process. In this way, you can easily influence whether the dish will be more pungent thanks to the pepper, or whether it will carry more of the characteristic taste of Kampot pepper

This double grinder has become a bestseller, and no wonder. It combines quality materials, practicality and a great design. The biggest advantage of this grinder is its construction, which includes two chambers and two grinding mechanisms. It can thus be filled with two types of Kampot pepper or with pepper and salt from Kampot, which makes it a very practical tool for cooking or seasoning food directly on the table.

The body of the grinder is 23 centimeters high and fits perfectly in the hand. For maximum practicality, each end is equipped with a special cap, so that the freshness of the pepper is always preserved and no impurities can penetrate it.

For the production of this grinder, we used acacia wood with a perfect pattern, which will become an ornament of any kitchen counter or dining table. For this reason, we left the wood in its natural color and only treated it with a protective varnish. We have combined wood with stainless steel, thanks to which the extreme durability of the grinder is guaranteed, which if handled correctly will last you forever.

There are two CeraCut® ceramic machines inside the grinder. This is a technology developed in Denmark that guarantees that the pepper and salt are always ground to absolute perfection. The coarseness of grinding can be adjusted for each grinder, while the machine can grind peppercorns or salt crystals up to 5 millimeters in size.

By setting the coarseness of the pepper grind, you influence its flavor profile. The smaller the fragments, the sharper the flavor of the pepper. On the contrary, larger fragments give the dish more of the specific exotic notes of Kampot pepper.

When filling the grinder, never use your bare hands, but pour loose balls into the chamber straight from the package, and use a spoon or funnel to help. At the same time, don't forget to clean your grinder regularly. However, never use water or chemical products for this. All you need is a cloth, a brush and a drop of olive oil. Always keep the grinder away from the sink and be careful with its operator, also over steam.
