Grinding mechanism

The mechanism inside these grinders is, as always, powered by our long-time partner CrushGrind®.

It grinds Kampot pepper or salt flawlessly and evenly, with multiple grinding levels. With our modern grinder, you can adjust the grind to preserve the pepper’s exceptional flavour and perfectly season your dishes. Simply adjust each grinder to either produce a finer grind for more heat, or a coarser grind to bring out the pepper’s exotic aromas and flavours.
As with all CrushGrind® grinders, the mechanism comes with a 25-year warranty.

Maintenance

It’s very simple to use.

Turn the grinder upside down. The container opens at the bottom – fill it up to ¾ full with pepper. The black rubber seal prevents spillage on your countertop or table. The grind level is adjusted at the top of the grinder by rotating the small knob. Use only for dried Kampot pepper and salt – not fresh pepper!

This material is sustainably sourced from forests and has a very low carbon footprint. The biocomposite is not only eco-friendly, but also beautiful, washable, and wonderfully lightweight!
