There are three part of this set Package 50g of campaign pepper.

Individual species differ from each other with their taste and smell that you can hardly find in pepper purchased in conventional supermarkets.

Black pepper After grounding, it releases the tones of eucalyptus, coffee and thyme accompanied by the aroma of lime bark. They gradually spill into the seaside aroma with developing fruit tones. The aroma of peach and nectarine is dominant, accompanied by the scent of pine and earthy tones of Cambodian mountain land full of minerals.

Rare red pepper It is an explosion of fruit tones with a finer burrow. At first, the tones of rose and rosehip fetus dominate, which subsequently pass into dried cherries. After two to three minutes they begin to develop a more characteristic fragrance for Kampot Pepper, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines and a more earthy crust of sourdough bread.

White pepper It is a gentle but still peppery caress buds. After its ground, the smell of coffee, sage and cedar wood, accompanied by a fine aroma of nutmeg, grapefruit and other citrus, will develop. After a few minutes in the mouth, you can feel the nuts of nutmeg, the flower of thyme and lemon balm supported by the aroma of cedar and black tea.
