Red pepperis a specialty of the Kampot plantations, where the peppercorns are allowed to ripen to a deep red color full of fructose. They are then collected and dried in the sun, giving them their characteristic deep red color.

Due to its high sugar content, red pepper has a unique flavor profile full of fruity and floral notes. It goes well with cold cuisine, salads, risottos or soups, but also makes sweet desserts and mixed drinks special.
