However, pepper and salt cannot do without grinders. In this set, you will find two 17-centimeter-tall grinders made of solid wood with a perfect grinding mechanism that allows you to easily adjust the coarseness of the grind. This way, you can access all the flavors and aromas hidden in the pepper balls and salt crystals.

The design of the grinders has been carefully crafted to fit comfortably in your hands and to be easy to operate. We have chosen colors for easy recognition of the contents of the grinders, black for pepper and a natural light color for salt. However, your imagination knows no bounds, and you can complement this color scheme with additional colorful grinders from our range.

Both grinders are made from natural ash wood with a unique grain pattern that is enhanced by special surface treatment. This treatment ensures the lasting beauty and durability of the grinders, guaranteeing they will serve you for a long time.

The grinders, along with the pepper, are stored in a special cardboard box made from recycled materials. The lid of the box can be engraved, giving the set a unique style. The choice of material is not random – not only does it look great, but the box can also be easily recycled or upcycled.

The heart of the grinders is the CrushGrind® ceramic grinding mechanism, which can grind pepper or salt evenly in 14 levels of coarseness. The entire patented mechanism is covered by a 25-year warranty, giving you the assurance that this grinder will last.

Included in this set is 50 grams of black pepper, which, when ground, releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme, accompanied by the scent of lime zest. These gradually transition into a coastal aroma with developing fruity tones. The dominant notes are that of peach and nectarine, complemented by the scents of pine and earthy tones of the Cambodian mountain soil rich in minerals.

Furthermore, the set includes 120 grams of coarse sea salt from the heart of the Kampot province. This salt boasts exceptional qualities, primarily due to its gentle and ecological processing, which has remained unchanged for centuries. The only ingredients used by farmers to produce this salt are pure seawater, sunlight, and wind. Thanks to Kampot's unique microclimatic conditions, this sea salt is enriched with over 70 minerals and trace elements. Due to its natural character, these minerals are easily absorbed into food and also have a beneficial effect on the human body.

High-quality, unrefined sea salt has higher nutritional value and enhances the flavor characteristics of the ingredients used in a dish. It is suitable for everyday cooking, for seasoning, as a topping on baked goods, for pickling or preserving meat, fish, and vegetables, in marinades, on steaks, or for less typical methods like salt crust baking or, conversely, very typical grilling.

By adjusting the coarseness of grinding the pepper, you can influence its flavor profile. Smaller fragments will result in a sharper pepper taste, while larger fragments will impart more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot Pepper to your dishes.

When filling the grinder, never use your bare hands. Instead, pour the restless little balls directly from the package into the chamber and use a spoon or funnel to help. Also, don't forget to regularly clean your grinder. Never use water or chemical solutions for cleaning. A cloth, brush, and a drop of olive oil will suffice. Always keep the grinder away from the sink and be cautious when operating it over steam.
