Rare red Kampot pepIt is an explosion of fruity tones with a milder heat. Initially, the notes of rose and rose hip dominate, which subsequently transition into dried cherry. After two to three minutes, a more characteristic aroma for Kampot pepper begins to develop, featuring citrus fruits, dried tangerines and an earthier crust of sourdough bread.
Green lyophilized Kampot pepper brings an exceptionally fresh taste of green peppercorns. Even in this case, expect a peppery flavor full of piquancy in a very intense and rich form. In the taste of the green lyophilized pepper, fresh notes of freshly cut grass, green tea and citrus blend with a subtle hint of sea salt.

Milk chocolate
Organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic dried milk, organic cocoa butter, Kampot pepper bio 2%, cocoa solids content of at least 54%.
White chocolate
Organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic dried milk, organic cocoa butter, Kampot pepper bio 2%, cocoa solids content of at least 40%.
Strawberry chocolate
Organic cocoa butter, organic cane sugar, organic dried milk, organic strawberries (8%), Kampot lyophilized pepper (1%). Cocoa solids content of at least 44%.
In production, all types of nuts, peanuts and milk are processed. Store in a dry and cool place.
