The Čongrády products come from a family recipe created by grandfather Štefan Čongrády.

Štefan Čongrády's granddaughter, Zuzana, with her husband Tomáš, are now trying to capitalize on his experience. They have taken over the family tradition of preparing genuine pâtés and meat products and thus bring home-made products made exclusively from natural ingredients back to the tables. They also carefully select their suppliers – everything the meat is from Czech breeding.

Ingredients: Grilling sauce, heat-treated, sterilized. Contains: 74% beef broth (drinking water, meat and bones, onion, carrot, celery, spices, salt, sunflower oil), 6.5% oyster sauce, 6.5% soy extra dark sauce, cane sugar, ginger, lime juice (concentrate), granulated garlic, 1% black Kampot pepper, corn starch. Allergens: CELERY, SOY, GLUTEN.

Usage

Ready to elevate every grill.

The sauce only needs to be heated in a bain-marie (8–10 minutes) or in the microwave (3 minutes at 900 W).
Then drizzle it over hot meat, vegetables, or briefly reheat it in a pan to create a glossy, flavor-rich glaze.
Perfect for steaks, grilled tofu, noodles, or as a marinade before roasting.
