Green lyophilized pepper brings the maximally fresh taste of green peppercorns.

Also in this case, expect a pepper flavor full of piquancy in a very intense and rich form. In the taste of green lyophilized pepper, fresh notes of freshly cut grass, green tea, and citrus are combined with a subtle hint of sea salt.

Dark red Kampot pepper v ústech unleashes an explosion of fruity tones accompanied by a milder spiciness. The dark red peppercorns initially release fragrant notes of blood oranges, cranberries, and elderberries, underpinned by characteristic tones of cedar and lemon balm with a subtle touch of tobacco leaves. After a while, the heart of the dark red pepper begins to emerge, reminiscent of leavened dough, freshly spiced alongside roasted malt. It is a very robust aroma that gradually transitions into Assam black tea, and in the finish, cedar notes reappear.

Ingredients: roasty cashew kernels 85 %, flower honey with edible chestnut and thyme 9 %, Himalayan salt 2.5 %, Kampot dark red pepper 1.5 %, Kampot green lyophilized pepper with salt 1 %, dried lemon zest 1 %. May contain traces of gluten, milk, other nut products, peanuts, sesame, and soy.

Spicy green freeze-dried Kampot pepper, which earned the highest gastronomic accolade in the world GOLDEN FORK, it gives the blend a real punch, while the Cambodian treasure in the form of sweet, dark red Kampot pepper adds exotic fruity notes.
