The set contains our double Grinder and two basic types of Kampot pepper.
Grinder combines high-quality materials, practicality, and smart design. Its biggest feature is its construction, which includes not one, but two chambers and two grinding mechanisms. It can thus be filled with two types of Kampot pepper – either pepper or salt from Kampot – which makes it a very practical tool for cooking or seasoning dishes right at the table.
This grinder is 23 centimeters tall and fits perfectly in the hand. For maximum practicality, each end is equipped with a special lid to ensure the pepper remains fresh and no impurities can get in.
The set also includes two 50g Package of individual types of Kampot pepper of your choice. You can choose between black, red, and white. They differ in both flavor and aroma, which you will hardly find in pepper bought at ordinary supermarkets.
Black pepper After grinding, it releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme, accompanied by the scent of lime peels. These gradually evolve into a maritime aroma with developing fruity notes. The dominant aroma is that of peach and nectarine, accompanied by hints of pine and the earthy tones of Cambodian mountain soil rich in minerals.
Serious red pepper is an explosion of fruity notes with a milder spiciness. At first, hints of rose and rosehip dominate, which then transition into dried cherry tones. After two to three minutes, more characteristic aromas for Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried mandarins, and an earthier crust reminiscent of sourdough bread.
White pepper is a gentle yet still peppery caress for the taste buds. After grinding, it releases notes of camphor, sage, and cedar wood, accompanied by a subtle aroma of nutmeg blossom, grapefruit, and other citrus fruits. After a few minutes in the mouth, you can detect hints of nutmeg, thyme blossom, and lemon balm, underscored by aromas of cedar and black tea.
