Alex and Sophia loved cooking and the moments spent at the family table. Alex, who spent his entire life creating pepper mills, wanted to design a Grinder for seasoning that would be smart, practical, and preserve the freshness of flavor without compromises. Sophia brought to the project a sense of detail, design, and everyday joy of cooking. Together they refined an idea for years that was meant to simplify seasoning and make every cooking experience more enjoyable.

After more than 10 years of development and 35 patents, their vision gave birth to FinaMill – an electric Grinder with interchangeable capsules, which people around the world have fallen in love with. It received prestigious awards such as the Red Dot and A'Design Award and also became part of the Oprah’s Favorite Things selection. FinaMill is not just a kitchen assistant – it is a story of passion, innovation, and the desire to bring people together with good food.

Finamill používá vysoce kvalitní keramický mlecí mechanismus s nastavitelnou hrubostí mletí - každý zásobník FinaPod obsahuje jeden.

Keramika je tvrdší než ocel, takže se při mletí neopotřebovává tak rychle a zachovává si stabilní výkon i při dlouhodobém používání. Navíc neovlivňuje chuť koření, což je u Kampotského pepře velmi důležité.

Povrch mlýnku stačí otřít vlhkým hadříkem. Vyvarujte se přílišné vlhkosti, aby se nedostala do elektroniky. Zásobníky se dají snadno vyjmout a vyčistit pomocí štětečku nebo malého kartáčku, který odstraní zbytky koření.
Nepoužívejte myčku na nádobí ani agresivní chemikálie. Nikdy mechanismus neponořujte do vody.

Materials

Hlavní tělo mlýnku je vyrobeno z kvalitního ABS plastu (Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styren). Tento plast je pevný, nárazuvzdorný, lehký a prošel 10 lety výzkumu.

Neobsahuje BPA, je tedy bezpečný pro kontakt s potravinami. Ergonomicky tvarovaná část těla padne dobře do ruky. Tlačítko pro spuštění je z měkčeného plastu, umístěné na horní části – snadno ovladatelné jednou rukou.
