In collaboration with the Moravian brand MarmelLady, we finally understood what quality Czech jam should taste like. Little jars full of love, handcrafted care, and sunshine. Fruit from our own garden, artisanal processing. The best of Czech meadows and groves recognized worldwide – Renata has already earned several stars Great Taste, and she was even awarded the prestigious title Producer Great Taste. She also received The World's Original Marmalade Awards (world championship of citrus marmalades).

A jar filled to the brim with the flavor of genuine Czech and Cambodian fruit accompanied by unique tones of Kampot pepper – that is our limited edition of 100 gift sets of successful marmalades with three types of Kampot pepper. You can enjoy a pear jam that we paired with MarmelLady, combined with the intense taste of ginger and red Kampot pepper – this product even won the GREAT TASTE award this year for its brilliant flavor! Or you can opt for a Cambodian combination of juicy mango with red pepper full of fruity flavors.

Red pepper is a specialty of plantations Kampot where pepper berries are allowed to ripen to a deep red color full of fructose. They are then harvested and sun-dried, acquiring their characteristic dark red hue.

Thanks to its high sugar content, red pepper has a unique flavor profile full of fruity and floral notes. It is perfectly suited for cold dishes, salads, risottos or soups, and it also enlivens sweet desserts and mixed drinks.

Usage

Jams are not only ideal on baked goods or pancakes, but they also taste great with cheeses, with roasted meat, or in sauces and dips.

Simply, sustainably, and beautifully – that is our motto by which we strive to manage all our packaging. We have packed the jams into beautiful 100-gram glass jars, onto which our black ceramic pictograms have imparted a dash of flair and uniqueness. These were produced for us by the social therapy workshop Naděje Otrokovice, and 5 CZK from each sold jar goes directly to them! We stored the glass jars with jams in a wooden box from Polička together with a selection of our dried Kampot peppers 3x20g. All the packaging is easily recyclable and also suitable for upcycling.
