Čongrády products come from a family recipe created by grandfather Štefan Čongrády.

Štefan Čongrády's granddaughter, Zuzana, with her husband Tomáš, is now trying to capitalize on his experience. They took over the family tradition of preparing hearty pâtés and meat products and thus bring to households’ tables products made solely from natural ingredients. They carefully choose their suppliers – everything the meat is from Czech breeding.

Ingredients: Grill sauce, heat-processed, sterilized. Contents: 52 % beef broth, 17 % cream (MILK), 17 % onion, 4 % sunflower oil, 2.6 % Dijon mustard, 1.7 % beef stock, flavorings, yeast extract, 1.3 % fermented green Kampot pepper, corn starch.

Usage

If you want to give your dish a touch of character.

Heat the entire contents in a water bath (8–10 minutes), or in the microwave (900 W) for 3 minutes.
Then pour it over the hot meat, pasta, or vegetables and briefly heat it in a pan (about 5 minutes) so that the flavor develops beautifully.

Package

The sauce is packaged in a glass bottle with a twist-off cap.

The label contains the batch number and shelf life.
Store at a temperature of 5–30 °C away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated (up to 8 °C) and consume within 2 days.
