Štefan Congrády's granddaughter, Zuzana, along with her husband Tomáš, is now trying to capitalize on his experience. They have taken over the family tradition of preparing honest pâtés and meat products and are thus bringing back to household tables products made only from natural ingredients. They carefully select their suppliers as well - all the meat is from Czech farms..

Cream sauce with the spicy taste of green Kampot pepper.

Ingredients: Grill sauce, heat-treated, sterilized. Content: 52% beef broth, 17% cream (MILK), 17% onion, 4% sunflower oil, 2.6% Dijon mustard, 1.7% beef stock, flavorings, yeast extract, 1.3% fermented green Kampot pepper, corn starch.

Usage

When you want to add a finishing touch with character to the food.

Heat the entire contents in a water bath (8-10 minutes), or in the microwave (900 W) for 3 minutes.
Then pour over hot meat, pasta, or vegetables and briefly reheat in a pan (about 5 minutes) to let the flavor beautifully develop.

The sauce is packed in a glass bottle with a twist-off cap.

The label contains the batch number and expiration date.
Store at a temperature of 5-30 °C away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated (up to 8 °C) and consume within 2 days.
