The products of Čongrády are based on the family recipe created by grandfather Štefan Čongrády.

The granddaughter of Štefan Čongrády, Zuzana, together with her husband Tomáš, is now trying to incorporate his experience. They have taken over the family tradition of preparing hearty pâtés and meat products and thus bring back to tables homemade products made exclusively from natural ingredients. They carefully select their suppliers - everything the meat is from Czech breeding.

It is ideal for those looking for a sauce that doesn't overpower, but complements – gently coats steak, fish or vegetables while leaving room for the natural taste of the ingredients. Also great as a light dip for roasted potatoes or grilled vegetables.

Usage

A delicate finish that accentuates the whole dish.

Reheat the sauce in a water bath (8–10 minutes) or in the microwave (3 minutes at 900 W).
Pour it over steak, fish, or roasted vegetables and then briefly warm it in a pan (about 5 minutes) to fully develop its flavor.
It also works great cold as a creamy dip.
