Barbecue sauce, heat-treated, sterilized. Content: 40% cooking cream (MILK), 32% beef broth, 15% onion, 4% butter, 4% olive oil, 1.6% fermented Kampot pepper, paprika, parsley, beef stock, flavorings, garlic.

Usage

A delicate finish that highlights the whole.

Heat the sauce in a water bath (8–10 minutes) or in the microwave (3 minutes at 900 W). Pour over steak, fish, or roasted vegetables and then briefly heat in a pan (about 5 minutes) to fully develop the flavor. It also works great cold as a creamy dip.
