Grinding mechanism

The mechanism inside these mills is, as always, provided by our long-standing partner CrushGrind®.

It always grinds Kampot pepper or Kampot salt kernels flawlessly and evenly at several coarseness levels. Thanks to our modern mill, you can grind the pepper in such a way that it retains its exceptional flavor while perfectly seasoning your dishes. All you have to do on each mill is to set whether you want to add more spiciness to your dishes by grinding the pepper finely, or alternatively crush the peppercorns more coarsely, thus endowing your dish with more of its exotic flavors and aromas.

the grinding mechanism comes with a 25-year warranty.

Maintenance

It is absolutely simple.

Grinder flip your head upside down. The hopper opens at the bottom of the grinder, you fill it up to 3/4 with pepper, and the black rubber seal simultaneously prevents the pepper from spilling onto the kitchen counter or table. The grinding settings are adjusted in the upper part of the grinder by turning the beak. Use only on dried Kampot pepper and salt, not on fresh!
