It connects the values of the people behind its creation with the raw materials that form its foundation. Just like .pepper..field, it supports Cambodian farmers, and Wild & Coco is closely linked to Thai families, from whom it buys coconuts under fair conditions, striving to improve their socioeconomic situation.

The coconut pulp is enlivened by carefully selected probiotic strains. The coconuts come from Thai coconut groves, where they are cultivated using an entirely organic approach, much like Kampot pepper.

Ingredients

Red Kampot pepper, which you will find in the product, is a specialty of the Kampot plantations.

On these plantations, the pepper berries are allowed to ripen until they reach a vivid red color full of fructose. They are then harvested and sun-dried, thereby acquiring their characteristic dark red hue.

The rare red pepper is an explosion of fruity tones with a milder spiciness. Initially, notes of wild rose and rosehip dominate, which subsequently give way to dried cherries. After two to three minutes, more distinctive aromas develop for the Kampot pepper, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines, and an earthier crust of sourdough bread.

Ingredients: Coconut syrup 47%, dried coconut beverage 22.5% (coconut flesh extract 97%, tapioca starch, acacia fiber), roasted coconut paste 21.5%, cashew nuts 6%, red Kampot pepper 3%.
