Štefan Čongrády's granddaughter, Zuzana, together with her husband Tomáš, is now trying to capitalize on his expertise. They have taken over the family tradition of preparing hearty pâtés and meat products and thus bring back to households’ tables products made solely from natural ingredients. They also carefully select suppliers – everything the meat is from Czech breeding.

Usage

A delicate finish that accentuates the entire dish.

Heat the sauce in a water bath (8–10 minutes) or in the microwave (3 minutes at 900 W).
Pour it over steak, fish or roasted vegetables and then briefly warm it in a pan (about 5 minutes) so that the flavor fully develops.
It also works great cold as a creamy dip.

Package

The sauce is packaged in a glass bottle with a twist-off cap.

The label contains the batch number as well as the shelf life.
Store at a temperature of 5–30 °C away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated (up to 8 °C) and consume within 2 days.
