The mechanism inside these grinders is, as always, provided by our long-time partner CrushGrind®.

It always grinds the Kampot pepper or Kampot salt kernels flawlessly and evenly at several levels of coarseness. Thanks to our modern grinder, you can grind your pepper in such a way that it retains its exceptional flavor while perfectly seasoning your dishes. All you need to do on each grinder is set whether you want to add more spiciness to your dishes by grinding the pepper finely, or alternatively, crush the peppercorns more coarsely, thereby imparting more of its exotic flavors and aromas to your meals.

the grinding mechanism comes with a 25-year warranty.

Maintenance

It is absolutely simple.

Grinder Turn it upside down. The hopper opens at the bottom of the grinder; fill it up to 3/4 with pepper, and the black rubber seal simultaneously prevents the pepper from spilling onto the kitchen counter or table. The grinding settings are adjusted in the top part of the grinder by turning the beak. Use only for dried Kampot pepper and salt, not for fresh ones!
