Grinding mechanism

The mechanism inside these mills is, as always, provided by our long-standing partner CrushGrind®.

It always grinds the grains of Kampot pepper or Kampot salt flawlessly and evenly in several degrees of coarseness. Thanks to our modern mill, you can grind the pepper in such a way that it retains its outstanding flavor while perfectly seasoning your dishes. Simply adjust each mill to choose whether you want to add more spiciness to your dishes by grinding the pepper finely, or to crush the peppercorns more coarsely, thereby imparting even more of its exotic flavors and aromas to your dishes.

Maintenance

It is absolutely simple.

Turn Grinder upside down. The hopper opens at the bottom of the grinder, fill it to 3/4 with pepper, the black rubber seal simultaneously prevents pepper from spilling onto the kitchen counter or table. The grinding settings are adjusted in the upper part of the grinder by turning the beak. Use only for dried Kampot pepper and salt, not for fresh!
