Grinding mechanism

The mechanism inside these grinders is, as always, ensured by our longtime partner CrushGrind®.

It always flawlessly and evenly grinds the Kampot peppercorns or Kampot salt granules in several degrees of coarseness. Thanks to our modern grinder, you grind your pepper in such a way that it retains its exceptional flavor while perfectly seasoning your dishes. All you need to do is set each grinder to either give your dishes extra spiciness by grinding the pepper finely or, alternatively, to crush the peppercorns more coarsely, thereby bestowing your dish with more of its exotic flavors and aromas.
Like all grinders from CrushGrind®, the grinding mechanism comes with a 25-year warranty.

Maintenance

It's absolutely simple.

Grinder turn it upside down. The hopper opens at the bottom of the grinder, fill it up to 3/4 with pepper, and the black rubber seal also prevents pepper from spilling onto the kitchen counter or table. The grinding levels are adjusted in the top part of the grinder by turning the beak. Use only on dried Kampot pepper and salt, not on fresh!
