Grinding mechanism

The mechanism inside these mills is, as always, provided by our long-standing partner CrushGrind®.

It always grinds the Kampot peppercorns or Kampot salt grains flawlessly and evenly at several coarseness levels. Thanks to our modern grinder, you grind your pepper in such a way that it retains its exceptional flavor while perfectly seasoning your dishes. You only need to set each grinder to either give your dishes more heat by grinding the pepper finely or, alternatively, to crush the peppercorns more coarsely, thereby imparting more of its exotic flavors and aromas to your dish.

Maintenance

It's absolutely simple.

Grinder turn it upside down. The hopper opens at the bottom of the grinder; fill it with pepper up to 3/4 capacity, and the black rubber seal simultaneously prevents the pepper from spilling onto the kitchen counter or table. The grind settings are adjusted in the upper part of the grinder by turning the beak. Use only with dried Kampot pepper and salt, not with fresh!
