Grinding mechanism

The mechanism inside these grinders is, as always, provided by our longtime partner CrushGrind®.

It always grinds the Kampot peppercorns or Kampot salt grains flawlessly and evenly at several levels of coarseness. Thanks to our modern grinder, you grind the pepper in such a way that it retains its exceptional flavor while perfectly seasoning your dishes. You only need to set each grinder to decide whether you want to give your dishes more sharpness by grinding the pepper finely, or alternatively crush the peppercorns more coarsely to imbue your dish with more of its exotic flavors and aromas.
Like all grinders from CrushGrind®, the grinding mechanism comes with a 25-year guarantee.

Maintenance

It is absolutely simple.

Grinder turn it upside down. The hopper opens at the bottom part of the grinder; fill it up to 3/4 full with pepper, and the black rubber gasket simultaneously prevents the pepper from spilling onto the kitchen counter or table. The grinding levels are adjusted in the top part of the grinder by turning the beak. Use only with dry Kampot pepper and salt, not with fresh!
