Grinding mechanism

The mechanism inside these mills is, as always, provided by our long-time partner CrushGrind®.

It always grinds the Kampot peppercorns or Kampot salt grains flawlessly and uniformly at various coarseness levels. Thanks to our modern mill, you grind the pepper in such a way that it retains its exceptional flavor while perfectly seasoning your dishes. All you need to do is set each mill to either add more spiciness to your dishes by grinding the pepper finely, or to crush the peppercorns more coarsely, thereby imbuing your dish with more of its exotic flavors and aromas. Like all mills from CrushGrind®, the grinding mechanism comes with a 25-year warranty.

Maintenance

It is absolutely simple.

Grinder turn it upside down. The hopper opens at the bottom of the grinder; fill it up to 3/4 with pepper, and the black rubber gasket also prevents pepper from spilling onto the kitchen counter or table. The grinding levels are adjusted in the upper part of the grinder by turning the beak. Use only with dried Kampot pepper and salt, not with fresh!
