Grinding mechanism

The mechanism inside these grinders is, as always, provided by our long-standing partner CrushGrind®.

It always grinds the Kampot peppercorns or Kampot salt flawlessly and evenly at several levels of coarseness. Thanks to our modern grinder, you can grind your pepper in such a way that it retains its exceptional flavor while perfectly seasoning your dishes. All you need to do on each grinder is set whether you want to add extra spiciness to your dishes by grinding the pepper finely or, alternatively, crush the peppercorns more coarsely, thereby imparting more of its exotic flavors and aroma to your dish. As with all grinders from CrushGrind®, the grinding mechanism comes with a 25-year warranty.

Maintenance

It is absolutely simple.

Grinder Turn it upside down. The filler opens at the bottom of the mill; fill it up to 3/4 with pepper, and the black rubber seal simultaneously prevents pepper from spilling onto the kitchen counter or table. The grinding settings are adjusted in the top part of the mill by turning the beak. Use only for dried Kampot pepper and salt, not for fresh!
