This is an area which, thanks to its seaside climate and geological conditions, enables local farmers to produce pepper of the highest quality in the world. It is no accident that this pepper has earned a protected geographical indication, similar to French champagne. We buy pepper from small family farms at direct trade conditions, which guarantee a fair reward for every grower, and we strive to promote this approach among other traders. The rare dark red Kampot pepper unleashes an explosion of fruity notes accompanied by a more delicate spiciness in the mouth.

Dark red peppercorns initially release aromatic notes of blood oranges, cranberries and elderberries, underscored by characteristic notes of cedar and lemon balm with a subtle hint of tobacco leaves. After a while, the heart of the dark red pepper starts to show, reminiscent of leavened dough, fresh spices combined with roasted malt. It is a very dense fragrance that gradually transitions into black Assam tea, and in the finish, cedar notes reappear.
